Your treatment package will be based on an agreement with your insurer and payment will be made directly to us by your insurance company. To make things easier for you, we need the following details:

As your consultant works at our centres independently, they will submit their invoices separately so you will need to forward these invoices to your insurer for payment.
Our personalised treatment package
This is a bespoke package that will be tailored to you as an individual. Your full treatment will be outlined in your treatment package letter, there are no hidden extras, and your treatment package will include your consultant fees.
If your care is not paid for by an insurer or covered by a treatment, your care will be charged at the Proton Partners International Ltd standard rates. Your consultant will invoice you separately for your care.
The centre will give you an estimate of costs for your care. Please note that it is not always possible to give an exact estimate for the care you receive at the centre and the total cost may depend on several factors, including any other conditions you may have. The centre will always try to provide an accurate estimate and if, during your treatment, the costs look to exceed your original estimate, the centre will ensure you are notified.
If you are travelling to us from overseas we will be happy to provide you with a personalised treatment package or an estimate for a self-pay price.
Please note if you are travelling to us for treatment and you are currently outside of the EU you will need to have adequate travel insurance. If you need to be treated at an NHS Hospital during any part of your treatment this will be charged to you directly and will not form any part of a personalised package of treatment or our self-pay price.
If the NHS covers the cost of all your treatment, you will only pay for any additional personal items as if you were being treated at an NHS hospital so you will need to provide a credit or debit card at your initial appointment to cover the costs of any sundry items.
We are aware that there are financial service providers who may be able to provide financial assistance in the form of personal loans to fund treatment. Whilst we have no partnership arrangements with any financial providers, and are not responsible for vetting such providers, we can provide you with a link to a financial services provider who is aware of our services and can advise you on options for personal loan services that you may wish to explore further - Medifund, Medical treatment funding from SecurityTrust Finance. Please note, that it is entirely your responsibility to explore all options in respect of financial services and providers, and any arrangement you enter into is at your own risk and in accordance with their terms and conditions which you will need to accept. We receive no financial payment or other compensation for introductions we make.
We accept payments by cash, credit or debit card and by banker’s draft payment.
Please note that if you intend to pay in cash, this should be paid at the centre during office hours. All payments must be made before treatment commences.
As part of the registration process you will be asked to register a credit or debit card against your booking. This enables us to seamlessly manage any payments that may be due whether you are self-funding or insured. You will be notified in advance of any payments that are due.
